Coaching Is Skill Building

Last week a client of mine had a really freaking tough week. One of those weeks where you already had too much on your plate and then sh*t just hits the fan. Conflict, challenge, overwhelm… you know the kind of week that I’m talking about.

And she was filling me in about all of it on our call and I noted how well she seemed to be navigating it all. She said:

"I have the language now to name and understand how I'm feeling, so I can navigate it all more easily"

Holy growth, Batman!

That's the power of coaching.

Coaching is skill building.

Vocabulary building.

Creating a roadmap of your internal eco systems.

Capacity building.

Coaching with me is about remembering who you are under all the stuff that has been put on you.

And especially for women, LGBTQ+ folks, and BIPOC folks who get socialized into thinking we're broken, crazy, small, insignificant, powerless, etc. and that we have to be better, more perfect. I do this work especially for us.

Because we're not broken, crazy, powerless, insignificant or small.

You are not broken, crazy, powerless, insignificant or small.

I do this work because I believe deeply that when enough white women & LGBTQ+ folks remember our power, and the power of our voices, the world will change

When we stop being small and afraid and step fully into our power, demanding that we do not consent to white supremacy, we might actually see some change.

It starts by making a commitment to yourself. By building your skills and capacity, learning your internal roadmap. And from there we begin to morph– becoming the butterflies who will change the fucking world.

If you’re ready, let’s hop on a call. It’s a chance for us to connect, see how we connect, and to answer any questions you might have about what coaching or deep healing is all about.

You deserve it, friend.
And I can’t wait to hold space for you!

with love + solidarity,
Victoria

PS – Some amazing BIPOC women are organizing against gun violence (side note: gun violence IS white supremacy in the US!) and inviting white women, and specifically white moms, to put out bodies on the line and take some action. These brilliant women know that when white women and moms speak up en masse, we are heard. They know that our bodies are not seen as a threat. And they are calling us to join. To do the thing we say matters to us. Learn more here and follow them on Instagram. And please, please recruit some friends to join you. ❤️
