I am a f*cking amazing coach.

Not because I have all the answers, can solve all the problems, or know all of the things.

But because I can hold complete trust in you, even when you can’t.
 

I know that you don't need a savior or someone to tell you what to do.

Because I know that you are deeply capable.

I know that you already have within you the exact roadmap and medicine that you’re seeking.

I know that you are the key that unlocks everything.

And I trust you completely.

I am simply the guide. You bring the magic.

I have a deep capacity for holding space and I am positively unafraid of the dark places in your brain or mine.

I am a flashlight in the dark.

A guide.

A mirror when you need one.

A roadmap when you feel lost.

And a hand to hold when you’re scared.
 

I will never try to fix you, because I know that you are not broken, no matter how bad you may feel.

I’m also a witness for your joy and celebrations. For your accomplishments and your unfolding. For your healing and humanity and utter fucking brilliance.

I am a guide to help you familiarize yourself with your internal landscape. To meet the parts of you that sometimes get in the way or keep you in the same place. The parts that make up the whole of you.

I can help you open the window into your subconscious, where all of your magic is kept.

To help you tap into your own magic.

And self trust.

To feel whole and free.

I am certified as a life coach, NLP practitioner, hypnotherapist, doula trainee, and I have a doctorate in education where I studied systemic racism. I am also a mom, partner, entrepreneur, meditator, amateur oracle card reader, and seasoned receiver of amazing coaching and hypnosis. But none of that is the best thing about me as a coach.

The single best thing about me as a coach is my deep trust in you as the keeper and holder of your own healing medicine.
