For my ADHD brain it’s been an absolute game changer, helping me feel more ease, more patient and more regulated.
For me, ease is a devotional practice.
It makes me giggle to even type this, but ease takes work! HA!
And not like elbow grease kind of work, but it takes effort and practice and intention.
